Return Policy

Personalized Products

Everything in our store is made to order using the photo you upload.
Because each item is created specifically for you, it falls under the personalized-goods exemption in EU consumer law.
That means we cannot accept returns or cancellations due to:

  • change of mind

  • choosing the wrong photo

  • ordering the wrong size or product

  • deciding you no longer want the item

We start production shortly after your order is placed, so please double-check details before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

Please contact us at support@lightbooth.io within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • the item is damaged

  • the print quality is defective

  • the wrong item was delivered

Include your order number and a few photos of the issue.
If the problem is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are personalized, we cannot accept returns for:

  • change of mind

  • personalized/custom items

  • sale items

  • gift cards


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be made or if we determine the product is defective or incorrect.

When approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed the refund, please reach out to us at support@lightbooth.io.


Return Shipping

If we ask you to send an item back for inspection, we’ll provide a return address and a prepaid return label.
Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.
